Excellent place with its free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and a refrigerator. On my first stay, the staff helped me with evening plans, which I remember fondly. I highly recommend it and I'm coming back for Christmas!

Comfortable bed in the clean room. Well-equipped bathroom with a bathtub. The staff were genuinely helpful and assisted with free parking. Location not far from Asheville, Maggie Valley, and Canton. Also, in the middle of jackson.

Unfortunately, the pool was closed , disappointing. I also felt some concern about the front desk's policy towards locals renting rooms. It left me feeling uncertain about the hotel's guest policies.

Honestly, i expected an upgrade for all my troubles, but the room was just average. It was ridiculously disappointing that the pool was closed too, absurd! The front desk lady said locals couldn't rent, but somehow i did, wow, groundbreaking! Almost thought about giving a good review, but no, not this time.

We enjoyed our two-night stay, with clean accommodations and a helpful staff who promptly switched us to a suitable, non-smoker room. The included breakfast was a great perk, though we missed it on one morning.
